Informativa privacy

Ultimo aggiornamento: .

In breve

6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR e art.

A chi li affidiamo

I tuoi diritti

In base agli artt.

Privacy notice

This page explains what data we collect through the Livinvisible waitlist, why we collect it and what you can do about it.

Last updated: .

In short

Who is the data controller

The data controller is WebHub Agency (VAT no. IT13589020968), based in Cesate (Milan, Italy), which runs the Livinvisible project.

For any question about your data, write to ciao@livinvisible.com.

What data we collect

When you join the waitlist we store:

We keep the date, time and version so we can prove your consent, as Article 7 GDPR requires.

Livinvisible does not store your IP address or information about your browser (the "user agent"). Our hosting provider does keep technical server logs for a limited time, which may contain them, to protect the site from abuse and attacks.

If you write to ciao@livinvisible.com, we use your address and your message only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to add you to the list.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use your email and language only to write to you about the project: how the training is going, the first drop, the launch. We write to you in the language you chose.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 130 of the Italian Privacy Code). The hosting provider's technical logs rely instead on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). To reply to the messages you send us, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, when you exercise your rights, on our legal obligation to do so (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Your consent and how to withdraw it

Giving us your email is optional, but without it we cannot add you to the list.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: use the unsubscribe link in every email, or write to ciao@livinvisible.com. Withdrawal applies from that moment on and does not affect the lawfulness of what was done before.

How long we keep it

Who we share it with

Your data is processed on our behalf only by these providers, acting as processors (Article 28 GDPR):

The EU-US Data Privacy Framework rests on the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023 (Article 45 GDPR). Standard Contractual Clauses are the safeguards provided for by Article 46 GDPR.

You can check the certification of Vercel and Upstash in the official Data Privacy Framework list and read Upstash's data processing agreement. You can also ask us for a copy of these safeguards by writing to ciao@livinvisible.com.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no tracking pixels. Fonts are served by the site itself, not by Google Fonts.

If you use the language switch on the main page, the site saves your choice in your browser's storage (localStorage, key lv-lang, value "it" or "en"), so you get the same language on your next visit. That is all it is for: it stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

What we don't do

Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you can ask us at any time to:

You can also withdraw your consent, as explained above (Article 7 GDPR).

To exercise these rights, write to ciao@livinvisible.com. We reply within one month. If your request is complex or we receive many, we may take up to two more months: in that case we will tell you within the first month (Article 12 GDPR).

If you think your data is being handled unfairly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali: www.garanteprivacy.it. You can also contact the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

Right to object (Article 21 GDPR)

You can object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interest: the hosting provider's technical logs and our replies to your messages. You can also object at any time, without giving a reason, to the emails we send you about the project: just use the unsubscribe link or write to ciao@livinvisible.com, and we will stop writing to you.

Minors

The waitlist is for people aged 14 or over, the age of digital consent in Italy (Article 2-quinquies of the Italian Privacy Code). If you are under 14, please do not sign up. If we find out that someone younger has signed up, we delete their data.

Changes

If anything changes, for example when we choose the email services, we will update this page and its last-updated date. If the change concerns data you have already given us, we will also tell you by email.
